The light reflecting in your hands Memories of things you/ve had The feelings gone, it won/t come back Tilt your head, slow your breath Every time, it/s rushing in Every time, it/s breaking Let me in
2.
Swam across the ocean, Swam across the lake Legs are sinking under, Legs are giving way Swam across the ocean, Swam across the lake Senses are in motion, Senses are awake Bodies in an ocean, Bodies in the lake Mind is a racing Looks for somewhere safe Tremors in the water, Tremors in the brain Quiet punctuation Always ends the same The night grows cold With miles to go And I can/t stay away
3.
Take the right one Expose the flesh You and I Have been left for dead The dream has faded Dissipates Reaching out, for something That/s not really there Dirty teeth Arrive as good intentions go, Away for conservation They will, cut you, open Put you on display You/re on display It/s a never ending cycle It/s never ending It/s angled
4.
Still/s the night Prying at what/s left, At your best, Sweatshirt cloaked over your chest Tired eyes Make for tired conversations Confusion sets Lack of common sense In your head, War persists without an end Tired eyes Make for tired talks Our veins are full, The blood is thin
5.
Mt. Baker 05:17
Winters chill is worse tonight Here it calling, here it calling Sky is turning, turning red Sky is churning again Drive in circles, drive in circles For what, for what Your bodies ailing, your bodies failing And we can/t do much Build a minefield in your head Fuel the fire inside But still exists a weight Too heavy, too heavy There still exists a weight Too heavy, too heavy
6.
Glacia 03:58
Quiet Night I feel the chill again Full of violence Inside The stars Flicker and shimmer But they seem dimmer From these depths Insight, Loath subtle confidence Examine the relevance Of this life Sleepless Night Built from experiment Leave without incident I/m alright

about

"Glacia" In The Press:

"Glacia seems like an auditory diary: personal, and full of... human emotion, mak(ing) this record so easy to connect with." - Martin Castro, The Cascade News

"Glacia is a very haunting, self-reflective album of Trainor’s darkest emotions. The whole album is a very cohesive work of intrinsic thoughts combined great atmospheric layers and eerie whispering vocals" - Josh Pineda, IndieBeat

“(Western Jaguar) has managed to chisel out a musical niche of his own, while drawing heavy influence from an array of folk-inspired indie rock/experimental ambient bands. “Glacia” itself is a delicate and intricate album… - Chris Romans, Hear The Indie

""Glacia is (a) dark, harrowing album" - Kier-Christer Junos, Red On Black Music, Kwantlen Chronicle

"Western Jaguar is someone to be admired, as he has created a whole new realm of music" - Emma Beaumont, On The Come Up TV

"(Western Jaguar) remains comfortably strapped into the sonic palette he has painted in the foggy landscape Western Jaguar was born out of." - Daniel Finfer, Ancient Lasers

"Songs with variance, with swells, with composition changes, (are all) reflected... within “Glacia’s” six tracks." - Vincent Pauwels, backstagetour.co

" ...the overall composition is very strong and unassumingly anthemic." - Strange/Quiet/Loud

"Just lean back and enjoy this music!" - Sound Locater

"this album seems to be made for (winter). The slighty mysterious edge makes it unique." - Vanessa, house in the sand

Entirely recorded in his home with limited equipment, “Glacia” marked the arrival of “Western Jaguar.” Featuring 6 songs that span several genres and influences, “Glacia” is an honest presentation of Trainor’s abilities as a producer and writer. The album’s lead single “Karoo Mammals” has been featured by Rex Manning Day Music Blog as well as being included in the 5th volume of the indie cassette players compilation of independent indie tracks.
